The Congress summarized and evaluated the results achieved by Party Cell I of the Headquarters Block as well as pointed out the limitations and lessons learned in the 2017-2020 term; and the direction for the 2020-2022 term.
After listening to the full text of the draft political report submitted to the 28th Party Congress of the School and the draft political report of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Congress gave comments to complete these two important documents. Following the guidance of the School Party Committee, the Congress elected the new term Party Cell Committee and positions in the Party Committee. Accordingly, comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Head of the Training Department continued to be trusted in the position of Party Cell Secretary; comrade Pham Huy Cuong - Deputy Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs continued to hold the position of Deputy Secretary; comrade Dao Minh Quan - Deputy Head of the Training Department was a member of the Party Cell Committee. At the end of the election, in addition to 03 ex-officio delegates who are Party Committee members currently active in the Party Cell, the Congress unanimously elected 07 comrades representing 20 Party members in the Party Cell to attend the 28th Party Congress of the School in the coming time.

Attending and speaking at the congress, comrade Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Committee member, Vice Principal of the School highly appreciated the achievements and efforts of the Party members and staff of the School Board I. During the 2017-2020 term, the staff and Party members were dedicated, proactive, creative, and successfully completed the assigned targets and tasks; continuing to affirm the important position of the Party Cell in the School's political system with the role of two units with the function of advising and assisting the School Board in two areas of work directly related to learners: training; politics and student affairs.
Party members unanimously voted to approve the draft Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2022 term. On behalf of the Party Committee for the new term, Comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Party Cell Secretary called on all Party members in the Party Cell to continue to promote the pioneering role of each Party member, be exemplary in work, actively mobilize the masses to successfully complete assigned tasks; successfully implement the contents of the Resolution of the Congress, contributing to the overall success of the School Party Committee.
