Representing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector, along with Vice Rectors Dang Thi Thu Huong, Lai Quoc Khanh, and Dao Thanh Truong; leaders of functional departments; and leaders and lecturers from the Faculty of Management Science, the Faculty of Political Science, and the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training.
Representing the Dao Minh Quang Foundation were Dr. Dao Minh Quang - Director of the Foundation, and two members of the Foundation's Council: Lawyer Nguyen Tien Lap and Dr. Bach Tan Sinh.
Professor Hoang Anh Tuan from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, stated that many generations of students at the university have benefited from the values of the Dao Minh Quang Fund.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm feelings, deep and strong relationship between the Dao Minh Quang Foundation in general and Dr. Dao Minh Quang personally and the development of the university since the 2000s, and especially the cooperative activities in the last 7 years. Many generations of students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi have benefited from the Dao Minh Quang Foundation with scholarships and support for building the university's infrastructure, especially during difficult times such as the Covid-19 pandemic. It can be said that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi has become a key unit in the Foundation's sponsorship activities in Vietnam.
Accordingly, each year, the Foundation awards scholarships to 22 students with excellent academic results, 10 students who are class/youth union/student association leaders with excellent/good academic results, and 5 students from disadvantaged backgrounds with excellent/good academic results, each scholarship worth 5 million VND. In addition, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation has provided emergency support to the school in building facilities to improve the convenience of students in their studies and research. The Dao Minh Quang Foundation also aspires to support young scientists in developing their personal capabilities.
Dr. Dao Minh Quang confidently shared his belief that VNU-USSH will be a reputable location to implement the "Sustainable Career and Entrepreneurship in Vietnam" project of the Dao Minh Quang Foundation.
Specifically, stemming from the idea of supporting Vietnamese youth, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation has implemented the "Sustainable Career Development and Entrepreneurship in Vietnam" Project. The Foundation has selected the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, as the place to develop a standardized set of learning materials in the field of career development and entrepreneurship training.
A new aspect of this project is the systematic training of Vietnamese youth to establish careers and start businesses in a creative and sustainable way. Therefore, Dr. Dao Minh Quang confidently shared that, with its position as a leading university in Vietnam in research and training in social sciences and humanities, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, will be the unit that best implements the Foundation's aspirations in developing a set of learning materials including textbooks, monographs, and conducting training programs on career development and entrepreneurship.
The project includes various components such as: Developing standardized learning materials on career development and entrepreneurship; Building a thematic library on career development and entrepreneurship to serve students and interested individuals; Developing talk shows with expert sharing; Developing training programs on career development and entrepreneurship; and Establishing a talent incubator program.
The fund will also organize internships and practical training for students at organizations and businesses to provide them with comprehensive learning opportunities in this field.

Professor Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized that this is one of the activities affirming the viewpoint of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, in aiming for harmony between academia, classics, and the development of basic science with modernity, keeping up with global trends.
The close and sincere partnership with businesses and entrepreneurs once again affirms the correct strategy of VNU-USSH in coordinating between the university and businesses in training, scientific research, and knowledge transfer activities, aiming to bring the best value to both businesses and students.
Dao Minh Quang FundEstablished under the German Civil Code, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation possesses independent legal capacity and pursues public and charitable goals. In December 2016, the Foundation was officially recognized by the Berlin State Department of Justice and Consumer Protection as having independent legal capacity and was designated a public benefit foundation by the Berlin State Finance Department for its charitable activities. The Foundation's operational goal is to encourage collaborative development between the founder's two homelands, Vietnam and Germany, particularly in the fields of education, sustainable agricultural development, music, and culture.
