Five scientists from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, were honored with Certificates of Merit from the Director of VNU Hanoi, including:
1. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Cuong - Faculty of Political Science
3. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thai Lan - Faculty of Sociology and Social Work
4. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam - Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language
5. PhD Candidate Nguyen Ky Nam - Department of History


Also at the conference, the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Le Quan, shared the strategy for developing excellent science and technology human resources by 2030. In this strategy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi aims to build a team of 5,000 scientists, including 500 outstanding scientists with special incentives. Vietnam National University, Hanoi will strengthen international cooperation with leading universities worldwide to train and attract talent, while improving the working environment to retain scientific staff in an increasingly competitive environment.
Director Le Quan expressed the strong commitment of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) to continue promoting the implementation of the Action Program under Resolution 57-NQ/TW, focusing on innovation and effectively connecting the three stakeholders (government, businesses, scientists, and scientists) to promote the transfer of knowledge, scientific and technological products into practice. This is not only a strategic task of VNU but also the responsibility of a pioneering national university, accompanying the country in realizing major goals for scientific development and innovation in the digital age.
