At the meeting, representatives of the functional departments of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities disseminated to students information on the summary of the 2023-2024 school year, the implementation of the training plan for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year, new guidance documents in training as well as care and support for learners.
At the meeting, representatives of the Training Department provided detailed information on the contents of interest to students such as: issues related to foreign language training and foreign language output standards, regulations on course registration, graduation thesis registration and equivalent courses, policies on retention and return to study, graduation consideration conditions, special policies for basic science majors. Students were also informed in detail about the timelines and special notes to best serve their learning and research activities in the 2024-2025 school year.

With the motto "professional - friendly - effective", the Department of Politics and Student Affairs in collaboration with functional departments/centers, faculties/institutes/departments in the whole school has implemented many activities to bring the best values to learners. Sharing information related to policies for students, Dr. Dinh Tien Hieu - Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, University of Social Sciences and Humanities said that policies on scholarships, policies, assessment of training scores, health insurance instructions, rewards - discipline, student records management, management of students under the Agreement, rewards - discipline, answering questions, support, consulting and student care... have been implemented synchronously throughout the school.

In particular, VNU-USSH students enjoy a rich and valuable source of scholarships. In addition to the school's scholarship fund, which is drawn from 8% of tuition fees, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has received many scholarships sponsored by individuals, organizations and businesses (Aeon, SHB, Danko, KT, Lotte, KBSV, Vingroup, Kova, KFHI, Shinnyo, IMG, Yamada, Anex, Ponychung, Dinh Thien Ly, Mitsubishi, Posco...) to encourage students to study and practice well at VNU-USSH.
