Student representatives from Prince of Songkla University also gave a speech in Vietnamese to express their gratitude to Vietnamese teachers and friends. After two months of studying and living in Vietnam, they have learned more about the history, culture and traditions of the Vietnamese people. From not knowing a word of Vietnamese, they are now able to participate in activities with the Vietnamese community through some daily activities. These results were achieved thanks to the effective cooperation from the leaders of both schools; the dedicated guidance and teaching of the teachers of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; the great facilitation of the Cooperation and Development Department in organizing and building the course; as well as the help of students majoring in Thai Studies (Faculty of Oriental Studies). Therefore, to express their feelings, the students showed off their skills in cooking typical Thai dishes to entertain the teachers right at the ceremony.
