On the morning of December 25th, a scientific workshop titled "The Nature and Characteristics of Vietnam's Intellectual Resources: Building and Developing Vietnam's Intellectual Resources" (part of research project KX.03.22/06-10) was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
On the morning of December 25th, a scientific workshop titled "The Nature and Characteristics of Vietnam's Intellectual Resources: Building and Developing Vietnam's Intellectual Resources" (part of research project KX.03.22/06-10) was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The workshop was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Ba Nam and Dr. Hoang Van Luan.
The 17 reports presented at the conference focused on the following key issues:
- To clarify the characteristics, nature, and basic types of Vietnamese intelligence and the development trends of intelligence and intellectual resources in the current period of industrialization of the country; on that basis, to identify Vietnamese intelligence and the factors influencing Vietnamese intelligence;
- Clarifying intellectual resources through research and surveys of specific strata such as: intellectual resources through the intellectual workforce, women, and ethnic minorities;

(Photo: NA/USSH)" align="left" width="240"/>- Experiences in leveraging intellectual resources from countries around the world, especially those in East Asia and Southeast Asia, and based on that, comparing and drawing practical lessons for leveraging Vietnam's intellectual resources today;
- Experiences in building and developing Vietnam's intellectual resources throughout history;
- The advantages and disadvantages in building and developing intellectual resources in our country today.
This is one of the activities of the state-level project "Building and promoting Vietnamese intellectual resources to serve the cause of national rejuvenation in the 21st century" chaired by Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh.
