Following the success of two courses: Basic and Advanced Conversational English for staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the next English course with the theme "Academic Writing" was launched this morning (October 23, 2017).

The course lasts two weeks and includes faculty and staff from various departments and divisions. The course will focus on topics such as: general principles of writing a scientific paper, considerations for using academic English writing style, specific characteristics of essay writing in social sciences and humanities, and abstract writing skills for scientific papers. The course is taught entirely in English. Instructors will directly review and support students in completing their scientific papers to international standards.
