On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, USSH reviews the achievements that the Faculty has made.*

Current staff: 18 people (4 Associate Professors, 6 PhDs, 3 PhDs, 3 Masters and 2 Engineers) and 40 journalists and external scientists participated in the training. 01 People's Teacher and 02 Excellent Teachers. *
Train:
- Systems: Regular university, non-regular university, postgraduate.
- Degree: Bachelor, Master and PhD.
- Trained: 7000 bachelors, 250 masters.
- Currently training: 1200 undergraduate and graduate students and 13 PhD students.
- Training locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Nam, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Thuong Tin...
- Compiled: 13 specialized textbooks; translated and edited dozens of reference books, compiled a system of lectures and textbooks covering 70% of subjects.

Scientific research:
- Published about 800 scientific articles in domestic and foreign journals, conferences and scientific seminars.
- 30 student scientific research projects won awards from the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Conducted 13 scientific research topics at VNU and State levels.

- Toyota Foundation, Sasakawa Foundation (Japan), Media Pro (UK), Fulbright (USA)... sponsor scientific research, teacher training and curriculum compilation.
- International training cooperation (2+2) with China and Australia.
