The forum is an event held alternately between the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province and Hong Ha Academy. This year, the forum is being held in Lao Cai city, and this is the first time the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has participated as a guest.
At the forum, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had 31 athletes and performers, including faculty and students. In the spirit of friendship, the university's football, badminton, and table tennis teams played exciting and spirited matches.
The vibrant and modern artistic performances by faculty and students of the university created a deeply humanistic atmosphere at the cultural exchange program on the evening of March 29th.

The cultural exchange night also marked the closing event of the 2014 cultural and sports exchange program.
The forum provides an opportunity for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to interact, learn more about the cultures of ethnic groups and regions of Vietnam and China, and strengthen cooperative relationships in education, training, and scientific research between the University and Hong Ha Academy and the Lao Cai Education sector.
