Speaking at the opening ceremony, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan particularly appreciated the practical significance of this training course. He emphasized that in the digital age, lecturers need to actively research and apply technology to teaching activities. Currently, there are many useful software programs that can provide strong support in designing electronic lectures, making knowledge transmission more vivid, engaging, and stimulating, encouraging critical thinking and creativity in learners.
According to Dr. Dao Minh Quan: "The goal of the course is that upon completion, the school's lecturers will master design techniques and design software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Remove.bg, Bandicam, etc.), effectively utilizing free resources to apply them skillfully and creatively in building engaging, professional, and modern electronic lecture videos."
To achieve this goal, during the training, Dr. Dao Minh Quan focused on providing updated and systematic knowledge and skills, from basic to advanced levels, in professional design techniques, image processing, sound effects, and video; how to think and use icons to illustrate ideas; the rules of color, how to combine colors in various styles, and the main colors suitable for each presentation topic; how to prepare a lecture script; techniques for voice-over presentations and creating complete videos. In addition, teachers will be guided on using several useful software programs for designing lectures. The following is a detailed summary of the training course.
Whether participating online or in person, students received hands-on guidance with vivid, practical exercises. These exercises covered very specific steps such as idea generation and design; idea implementation; and specific technical procedures during execution. Dr. Dao Minh Quan also answered many questions and concerns from students during the practical sessions.

According to the plan, the training course will take place over 4 weeks, with the following specific content: Week 1: Image processing techniques, object design, and motion effect integration from basic to professional levels; Week 2: Layout, color coordination, and design in infographic style, Motion Path, Motion Graphic, Parallax, and 3D effects; Week 3: Practical design and voice-over presentations using sample scripts; Week 4: Script development, voice-over presentations, integration of professional effects, and publication of video lectures.
In their feedback, the participating lecturers expressed their gratitude to the School's leadership for their attention to organizing courses to improve the professional skills and expertise of the faculty, especially in applying information technology to teaching activities. This course has contributed to equipping lecturers with very practical knowledge and skills that can be applied to their daily work.
