The photographs are displayed according to three main themes:
- The photos capture the efforts of the faculty and students of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication in their diligent classroom sessions, practical training, field trips, and internships at newspapers and local organizations. Other photos document the Faculty's academic activities and international collaborations with leading universities and foreign experts, such as the Young Journalists Capacity Building Project. Many students from the Faculty, due to their excellent academic results and abilities, have had the opportunity to intern at foreign newsrooms. These photos not only evoke a sense of warmth and closeness for many Journalism and Communication students but also reflect the progress and development towards innovation and improvement in the quality of Journalism and Communication training, moving towards a modern and integrated approach.

- Award-winning photographs and impressive works by alumni of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication during their professional work. This exhibition impresses viewers with the power of journalistic photography in reflecting the realities of life and celebrating the beauty of people in everyday life. These include the photo essay "Fighting the Fire" - a B prize in the journalistic photography category at the 2013 National Journalism Awards by Nguyen Khanh (Tuoi Tre Newspaper); the photo essay about the rescue of 7-year-old Tu Anh from a deep well in Binh Duong by Hua Phuong (Soha.net); and the photo essay "Wedding with Wine, Water, Soot, and Mud" about the wedding customs of ethnic minorities in Lai Chau by Tran Tuan - First prize in the journalistic photography competition with the theme "Land and People". The photo essay "Life on the Perfume River" by author Trong Chinh (Vietnam Photo News)... In addition, there are news photos about major political and social events of the country such as Party congresses, meetings of Party and State leaders with international politicians... reflecting the diversity in journalistic activities as well as the great contributions of former Journalism and Communication students to society and the country.

Former students of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication work in many areas of life, including many challenging fields.

The photo essay "Returning from the Dead" by Viet Dung, a reporter for Tuoi Tre newspaper and a K36 student of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication.
- These photographs capture the struggles of journalists in their profession, the process of overcoming objective difficulties to produce journalistic works. This is a different perspective behind the glory of journalism. It shows the silent contributions, selflessness, and passion for the profession. Viewers are introduced to photographs capturing moments of reporters working in court or trekking through forests and streams to reach the scene of a murder in the mountains for investigation, scenes of reporters wading through water to report and provide relief to people in Chuong My district (formerly Ha Tay province) during the historic flood of 2008…



The dedication and selflessness of journalists in their profession.
Simple yet sharp and expressive, the photo exhibition offers a comprehensive and insightful look at the journalism and media profession, encompassing both its glory and its challenges. The exhibition also highlights the beauty of journalism; of journalists and reporters – those who have connected vividly, actively, and emotionally with the ups and downs of life, with all the passion in their hearts, to contribute to creating a better society. The Faculty of Journalism and Communication is proud to be one of the two largest journalism training centers in the country, providing high-quality human resources in journalism and media to serve society and the nation for over 25 years.

These images hold special value for former Journalism and Communication students: teachers, classrooms, engaging lectures, internships, and practical experiences... This is the cradle that nurtured the dreams of thousands of Journalism and Communication students.

The knowledge acquired at this school is the fundamental foundation for them to confidently enter the media industry, impress recruiters, fuel their passion and ambitions, and achieve success in their careers.
