Youth Union members of the block's cadres participate in learning and political activities.

On March 19, 2016, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh, Principal of the School participated in learning and political activities with the Youth Union members of the School's Cadres' Union at the K9 historical site, Da Chong, Ba Vi District, Hanoi. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2016).

At the K9 historical site, the Principal and members of the Cadre Youth Union offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and attended the Youth Union maturity ceremony for the Youth Union members of the Youth Union.

Also on the same day, the Principal and the Youth Union members of the Head Office Block visited the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant. The project is considered the largest power center in Vietnam, located in the cascade of hydropower plants on the Da River. This project has four main functions: flood control, power generation, irrigation and ensuring water transport.
