Visit local volunteers

The visits are aimed at inquiring about the activities of volunteers and encouraging the volunteer spirit in the following days. This year's local volunteer model lasts for20 days (from July 15 to August 5, 2014).

Comrade Nguyen Thi Mai Lan (Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union, President of the School Student Association) visited two volunteer teams in Ba Vi district, Hanoi on July 25. During the visit, she and the volunteer team visited and presented gifts to families with meritorious services on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27); presented the youth project "Humanity Bookcase" to Lat village (Minh Quang commune) and Khanh Chuc Doi village (Khanh Thuong commune).

On July 27, comrade Tran Duc Hoa (Standing Committee Member of the School Youth Union, Vice President of the School Student Association) visited and worked with the volunteer team in Kien Dai commune, Chiem Hoa, Tuyen Quang. He also carried out activities on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27): visiting and giving gifts to families of war invalids. On August 28, comrade Tran Duc Hoa, on behalf of the School Youth Union - Student Association, presented the youth project "Humanities Bookcase" to Kien Dai commune. "Humanities Bookcase" is a project that includes nearly 200 books on social sciences and humanities, children's comics, magazines, etc.

Hopefully, with the attention of the Youth Union - Student Association of the University, volunteers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) will continue to complete their work well in the localities in the final days of the volunteer period.
