The Rector expressed hope that cooperative activities between the two universities will be rapidly promoted in the near future.

In return, Konyang University is ready to welcome Vietnamese students to Korea.

Following this, representatives from both sides signed a memorandum of understanding. Specifically, the two sides will carry out the following activities: exchange of undergraduate and postgraduate students, exchange of scholars and researchers; participation in seminars and workshops; cooperation in research; exchange of publications, academic materials, and other scientific information; and cooperation in ensuring and evaluating the quality of education. The memorandum is valid for 5 years from the date of signing.
