3.The basic framework adjustments for undergraduate training programs will be finalized in June 2025, reviewed in the first half of July 2025, accepted in mid-July 2025, and approved in the first half of August 2025. The principle of adjustment is that the University respects the professional orientations of the units, but will take into account ensuring interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary connections and alignment with current trends.
4.The goal is to refine and supplement several new specializations, increase enrollment potential for hard-to-recruit majors, and focus on "bridging" specializations to facilitate "interdisciplinary" learning.
5.Complete the training programs that have undergone quality accreditation to ensure the progress of the enrollment plan for related programs, paying attention to the accreditation progress of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities according to the plan.

Emphasis should be placed on strengthening policy advisory work in a substantive and effective manner, demonstrating national responsibility, focusing on: 1/ Thematic advisory (for localities, ministries/departments/agencies); 2/ Macro-level advisory (strategies, major national issues).
7.The school's brand identity will be finalized in June 2025 (through public awareness campaigns and feedback gathering) and put into use starting July 1, 2025.
- Complete the school's introductory materials by June 2025 for distribution starting July 1, 2025.
- Organize communication activities according to a new direction, with a focus on improving connectivity with other units.
- Continue working with partners to produce a documentary film about the school to commemorate its 80th anniversary and 30th anniversary.
8.Develop a plan for 100% autonomy in recurrent expenditures. We request that all staff and employees fully understand this information so that we can work together and unite in building and developing the school.
9.Implement infrastructure renovation during the summer, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, quality standards, safety, and efficiency. The responsible department should promptly finalize and submit to the University's Board of Directors for review and approval the project and plan to enhance the application of technology and software in university administration to meet the requirements of digital transformation in the current context of higher education.
10.Other tasks: Implement the plan as issued.
The Board of Directors is requested to regularly supervise and direct all aspects of work, strengthen inspection work, and report to the Rector on the progress of implementing the plan and tasks in their respective areas of responsibility. Functional departments are requested to proactively implement tasks, ensuring timely completion, especially for key activities; heads of units are requested to widely disseminate and implement the Rector's conclusions from the monthly briefing meetings seriously, fully, and on schedule.
