VNU-USSH, in collaboration with the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi, is offering a full-time Intermediate-level Political Theory training program for the 2024-2025 academic year.

On February 6, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held a meeting with the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi regarding the training of intermediate-level political theory courses for the university's staff in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Attending the working session were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Anh (Rector of Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, Hanoi), Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngoc - Representative of the Personnel and Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Party Committee's Organization Department, and representatives of the relevant functional departments of the two universities.

Opening the meeting, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude to the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School for its support and cooperation in successfully organizing the 2023-2024 full-time Intermediate Political Theory Course for 50 staff and lecturers of the school. “The theoretical and practical knowledge acquired through the course will not only help the school's staff improve their theoretical understanding and political acumen, but also enhance their professional skills and apply them effectively to their work,” Principal Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized.

The Rector of VNU-USSH expressed his hope to continue receiving support and facilitation from Le Hong Phong Training School so that the university's staff can complete the course smoothly and successfully.
 
The Principal of Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Minh Anh, highly appreciated the school's leadership's attention to building a team of cadres who are both politically sound and professionally competent, and expressed his expectations for the upcoming course: “The 50 cadres selected to participate in the 2025 Intermediate Political Theory course have been carefully chosen by the school. The majority of them hold doctoral degrees, and some are even associate professors. I am confident that the course will be a resounding success.”
During the meeting, representatives from both sides shared information on relevant topics such as the progress of completing student profiles, the curriculum, the teaching staff, the facilities, and classroom management. They emphasized that preparations had been carried out in accordance with regulations, were now largely complete, and were ready for the start of the classes.

Comrade Dao Thi Hoang Lan (Head of the Training and Scientific Research Management Department of Le Hong Phong Vocational Training School, Hanoi) reported on the results of the coordination between the two units in perfecting the organization of the training course.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Ngoc – Representative of the Personnel and Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Party Committee's Organization Department, delivered a speech at the working session.
At the end of the meeting, Principal Pham Minh Anh summarized several points: the list of students, funding, methods and locations of organization… and emphasized the expected start date of the course at the end of February 2025.

The meeting affirmed the close, effective coordination and commitment to cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Le Hong Phong College of Cadre Training in Hanoi in training a team of highly qualified, politically steadfast, and experienced cadres.
