Find the motivation to strive to become a party member

The most important motivation for me to strive to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam comes from my great admiration for my father. As a party member with 60 years of party membership, a Party Secretary of the generation that founded the first foundations of companies, and now the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, my father is the person who has had a great influence on me in life, especially in guiding and encouraging me to constantly strive to study, work seriously, honestly and always strive for perfection. Next, when studying and working at the Department of Archival Science and Office Management, I was fortunate to learn many things from previous generations of teachers. I greatly admire the teachers, especially Associate Professor Vuong Dinh Quyen, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Ham... The teachers are the model of excellent party members - not only knowledgeable in academics, humble and gentle in life, but also always ready to help the younger generation. This is the motivation that helps me to be more determined in my goal of becoming a party member.

For me, becoming a young party member means constantly striving to improve myself in both expertise and lifestyle, contributing to the development of the Faculty, the School, the community and society. That striving comes from personal responsibility, with specific tasks assigned by the organization and senior teachers. That is the motivation and also the pressure. That striving would never be successful without the recognition and constant help of older party members and of my brothers and sisters in the Cadre Youth Union. For me, the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Management is like a family. And the responsibility to strive for myself and my own family is always stronger than many other motivations. Being elected by the Party Cell to the Party Cell Executive Committee at the Party Cell Congress in 2011 is a source of pride and a great responsibility for me. I believe that each young party member will have his or her own way of striving. But for me, finding the right motivation to strive from my family, including relatives and the family of Archival Science and Office Administration, and finding a way to make my family proud is a sustainable and worthy direction.
