The most important motivation for my aspiration to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam stems from my immense admiration for my father. As a Party member with 60 years of Party membership, and as the Party Secretary of the founding generation that laid the foundations of the companies, now the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Corporation, my father has had a profound influence on my life, especially in guiding and encouraging me to continuously strive for excellence in my studies and work. Furthermore, while studying and working at the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, I was fortunate to learn a great deal from previous generations of teachers. I greatly admire them, especially Associate Professor Vuong Dinh Quyen, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Ham… They are exemplary Party members – not only are they academically brilliant, humble and gentle in life, but they are also always ready to help the younger generation. This motivates me to become even more determined to achieve my goal of becoming a party member.

For me, becoming a young Party member means a continuous process of striving to improve myself both professionally and in my lifestyle, contributing to the development of the Faculty, the University, and the community and society. This striving stems from personal responsibility, with specific tasks assigned by the organization and senior teachers. It is both a motivation and a pressure. This striving would never succeed without the recognition and continuous support of older Party members and my fellow members of the Staff Youth Union. For me, the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management is like a family. And the responsibility to strive for myself and my family is always much stronger than any other motivation. Being elected to the Party Committee at the 2011 Party Congress is a source of pride and a great responsibility. I believe that each young Party member will have their own way of striving. But for me, finding legitimate motivation to strive from my family, including relatives and family members in Archival Studies and Office Management, and finding a path that my family can be proud of is a sustainable and worthwhile direction.
