The results of the 12-session psychological support process were: a reduction in the frequency of suicidal ideation, a reduction in depressive symptoms, and consequently, the client gained more confidence in improving her current and future situation.

Simultaneously, the project presents the process of conducting a clinical case using a cognitive behavioral approach, including assessment, case definition, intervention planning, therapy implementation, and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
