10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis systematizes the theoretical basis of AI in higher education and uses SAMR as a framework for analyzing the level of technology integration. Through three case studies, the thesis identifies three prominent organizational approaches: Peking University integrates AI with course knowledge repositories and specialized agents; Tsinghua University develops a multi-agent classroom environment through MAIC/OpenMAIC; and Shanghai Jiao Tong University organizes a HI + AI model by redistributing functions between AI and lecturers. The analysis shows that AI is shifting from a standalone support tool to a component of the teaching and learning process, but the depth of integration is not directly proportional to the scale of deployment. According to SAMR, most cases focus on the Incremental and Modified levels, with Modification being more prominent; the Redefinance manifestation is only appearing in some scenarios and is not yet a widespread state. A significant contribution of the thesis is clarifying the level of AI integration in higher education. From this, we can identify valuable experiences that can serve as a reference for higher education in Vietnam in general and Vietnam National University, Hanoi in particular.
11. Practical applications: The research results can serve as a reference for Vietnamese universities in designing, implementing, and evaluating the level of AI integration into teaching; especially in building AI assistants based on course modules, subject knowledge repositories, and models for collaboration between lecturers and AI.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis systematizes the theoretical foundations of AI in higher education and employs the SAMR model as an analytical framework for assessing the level of technology integration. Through three case studies, the thesis identifies three notable approaches: Peking University integrates AI with course knowledge bases and specialized agents; Tsinghua University develops a multi-agent classroom environment through MAIC/OpenMAIC; and Shanghai Jiao Tong University implements the HI + AI model by redistributing functions between AI and human instructors. The analysis shows that AI is evolving from a standalone support tool into an integral component of the teaching and learning process; however, the depth of integration is not directly proportional to the scale of implementation. According to the SAMR model, most cases fall within the Augmentation and Modification levels, with Modification being more prominent. Redefinition is observed only in certain scenarios and has not yet become widespread. An important contribution of the thesis is to clarify the level of AI integration in higher education teaching. On this basis, the thesis identifies valuable experiences that can serve as references for Vietnamese higher education in general and Vietnam National University, Hanoi in particular.
12. Practical applicability, if any: The research findings can serve as a reference for Vietnamese universities in designing, implementing, and evaluating the integration of AI into teaching, particularly in developing course-specific AI assistants, course knowledge bases, and human–AI collaboration models.
