Based on an assessment of the current state of the quality of journalistic human resources at the Voice of Vietnam Radio, this study proposes feasible solutions to improve the quality of journalistic human resources, meeting the development requirements of the Voice of Vietnam Radio in the new era, specifically:

- In terms of theory: The project has systematized and clarified the new requirements for the quality of journalistic human resources in the context of digital transformation, artificial intelligence development, and multi-platform communication models, linked to the specific characteristics of key national media agencies.

- In practical terms: The project has comprehensively assessed the current state of the quality of journalistic human resources at Vietnam National Radio in terms of political qualities, professional ethics, professional skills, digital capabilities, and adaptability to the development requirements of the new era; it proposes a system of feasible solutions to improve the quality of journalistic human resources at Vietnam National Radio.

The synchronized implementation of the solutions outlined in the Project will contribute to comprehensively improving the quality of the journalistic human resources of the Voice of Vietnam, meeting the requirements for developing a leading multi-media communication agency in the context of digital transformation and international integration. By 2030, the structure of journalistic human resources will be streamlined in a rational direction, increasing the proportion of young personnel, personnel with postgraduate qualifications, and those capable of working on multiple platforms; while simultaneously forming a team of experts in the fields of digital journalism, artificial intelligence, data, and international communication.

The recruitment, training, utilization, and evaluation of human resources in journalism are being progressively reformed towards a scientific, transparent approach, linked to job positions and work efficiency. The team of journalists is improving their political acumen, professional ethics, digital skills, and ability to apply new technologies; the quality of journalistic products is improving in terms of content, form, and reach across various media platforms.

Furthermore, promoting digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence will contribute to improving labor productivity, efficiently utilizing resources, strengthening coordination among units, and enhancing the effectiveness of the station's political tasks. This will further affirm the position of the Voice of Vietnam as the nation's leading multi-media communication agency, meeting the requirements of developing revolutionary Vietnamese journalism in the new era.

            The project has high practical applicability and is suitable for the requirements of innovation and improvement of the quality of journalistic activities of the Voice of Vietnam in the new era. The results of the project are directly applied in the planning, recruitment, placement, utilization, and development of journalistic human resources; and at the same time serve as a basis for building plans for training, fostering, updating professional knowledge, skills, and technological skills for staff, reporters, and editors. The results, experiences, and implementation models of the project haveand willThis will continue to be maintained, improved, and expanded within the units under the Broadcasting Station, in line with practical requirements and the orientation of human resource development in each stage.

Based on an assessment of the current quality of the journalistic workforce at Voice of Vietnam (VOV), the Project proposes practical solutions to improve workforce quality and meet VOV's development needs in the new era. The main results are as follows:

ButIn theory: The Project reviews and clarifies the new requirements for the quality of the journalistic workforce in the context of digital transformation, the development of artificial intelligence, and multi-platform media. It also takes into account the specific role of VOV as a key national media organization.

ButIn practice: The Project provides a fairly comprehensive assessment of VOV's journalistic workforce in terms of political awareness, professional ethics, professional knowledge and skills, digital skills, and the ability to adapt to new requirements. It then proposes practical solutions to improve the quality of VOV's workforce while at the same time meet the requirements for VOV to become a key national multimedia organization in the context of digital transformation and international integration. By 2030, VOV's journalistic workforce is expected to include more young staff members, many of whom with postgraduate qualifications and ability to work across different media platforms. Teams specializing in digital journalism, artificial intelligence, data, and international communication will also be formed. Recruitment, training, staff placement, use and assessment will gradually be improved in a more systematic and transparent way, with closer links to job positions and work performance. Journalists will be assisted to improve their political awareness, professional ethics, digital skills, and ability to use new technologies. The quality of journalistic products will also improve in terms of content, forms of presentation, and reach across different media platforms.

Digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence will also help increase productivity, make better use of resources, improve coordination between VOV units, and increase the effectiveness of VOV's public duties. This will further strengthen the position of Voice of Vietnam as a key national multimedia organization and help it meet the needs of Vietnam's revolutionary journalism in the new era.

The Project has strong practical value and is suitable for the current needs of Voice of Vietnam to improve and develop its journalistic activities. Its findings can be applied directly to workforce planning, recruitment, staff placement, use and development. The findings, experience and implementation models of the Project have been, and will continue to be, maintained, improved and applied more widely across VOV units, in line with practical needs and workforce development priorities at each stage.
