Summary of thesis results: The thesis presents an overview of several domestic and international studies on postpartum depression and related issues such as: concept, diagnostic criteria, clinical characteristics and risk factors. In addition, the thesis focuses on presenting the assessment and intervention process for a woman with postpartum depression using cognitive-behavioral therapy. The output goals include: (1) Reducing postpartum depression symptoms; (2) Rehabilitation in motherhood, family relationships and occupation.

11. Practical Applicability: This thesis provides practical evidence of the applicability of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in treating postpartum depression. Simultaneously, the thesis presents the process of conducting a clinical case using the CBT approach, including: assessment, case definition, planning, treatment implementation, and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.

12. Future research directions: Expand research to include more cases of postpartum depression; extend the follow-up period to assess the sustainability of treatment; and further investigate the roles of the husband, family, and cultural factors in the client's recovery process.
