The project designed and piloted a model for managing green tourism communication messages at Vietnam Travel Magazine based on the PDCA cycle, integrating a synchronized system of tools from planning and operation to moderation and evaluation. Practical application showed a significant improvement in message quality: authenticity and multidimensionality were enhanced, the genre structure shifted positively, and the risk of greenwashing was effectively controlled. Specifically, the percentage of works using authentic evidence reached 83.7%; the average multidimensional score increased from 2.34 to 3.60/5; and the rate of greenwashing violations decreased from 32.0% to 23.3%. The core contribution of the project is the successful transformation of abstract professional standards into a practical management process and toolkit, capable of direct integration into the editorial office's regular operations.

11. Practical applications:

The model and tools of the project can be further applied at the Content Department of Vietnam Travel Magazine and integrated into the current process of topic assignment, operation, editing, review, and content evaluation. The model also has reference value for press agencies and specialized tourism media units.
