The thesis "Developing Heritage Tourism in Dong Anh, Hanoi" focuses on researching the conditions and current state of cultural heritage tourism development in Dong Anh, thereby proposing solutions to link tourism exploitation with the preservation of heritage values and ensure the benefits of the community in the context of urbanization.

This thesis identifies the lack of comprehensive research on the development of cultural heritage tourism in Dong Anh, particularly in examining the relationship between supply, tourist demand, and coordination among stakeholders in a suburban heritage area.

This thesis systematizes related concepts and theories, builds an analytical framework based on the supply-demand relationship in tourism, and links it to the roles of the community, local government, policies, and the development environment.

In particular, the contribution of female workers is considered in relation to heritage practices, serving tourists, and local livelihoods; while also highlighting limitations in coordination, decision-making participation, and benefit sharing.
