10. Summary of project results:

The project systematizes the theoretical and practical basis of social project communication, especially in developing soft skills for children in difficult circumstances. From quantitative surveys, in-depth interviews and case studies of the Highland Steps project, the project points out the strengths, limitations and needs for innovation in communication models. The main result is the proposal of a soft skills project communication model based on the SBCC framework, integrating SEL, CRBA and ecosystem theory. The model emphasizes: (i) multi-actor participation, (ii) cultural and social suitability in the Central region, (iii) coordination and monitoring mechanisms and a set of criteria for evaluating effectiveness.

The model can be deployed immediately in social projects, soft skills education for children in the Central region, and at the same time replicated in other localities, supporting educational policy planning and community communication.

11. Summary of the findings of the project:

The project systematizes the theoretical and practical foundations of social project communication, particularly in developing soft skills for disadvantageous children. Based on quantitative surveys, in-depth interviews, and the case study of the Footsteps Highlands project, it identifies strengths, limitations, and the need for innovation in communication models. The key outcome is a proposed communication model for soft skills projects grounded in the SBCC framework, integrating SEL, CRBA, and the ecological systems theory. The model emphasizes: (i) multi-stakeholder participation, (ii) cultural and social relevance to Central Vietnam, and (iii) coordination–monitoring mechanisms and a set of criteria for evaluating effectiveness

12. Practical applicability:

The model can be immediately implemented in social projects and soft skills education programs for children in Central Vietnam, while also being scalable to other localities. It further provides evidence-based support for educational policymaking and community communication strategies.
