A random survey of 250 Viettel employees listening to Viettel Vibes Podcast in the first 6 months of 2025 gave the following results on a 5-point scale:
+> 80% CBCNV “Attractive content” rating is 4-5 points.
+84% Employees rated "Useful content" as 4-5 points.
+ 6,700 CBCNV has listened to Viettel Vibes Podcast at least once, one of the Top programs with high views on Viettel Family Portal.
+ 100% Podcast episodes all have staff comments (directly or via survey link). Average 7 comments/episode.
+ 70% of survey participants are employees, 30% are managers. The male-female ratio is quite balanced, with diverse ages, occupations, and job positions.
- Through comments in each episode, Viettel Vibes Podcast has helped employees learn more solutions to balance work and life, and develop themselves. In particular, the program has contributed to inspiring each employee about Viettel's culture, spirit, and way of working when facing challenges in work and life. From there, the program contributes to creating a forum for sharing and connecting internally, connecting individuals with the organization.
- Latest statistical results (up to the end of August 2025), the total number of employees who have listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast at least once is more than 8,000 employees, in the Top 3 categories with the highest number of viewers on Viettel Family.
