A random survey of 250 Viettel employees who listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast during the first six months of 2025 yielded the following results on a 5-point scale:

+> 80% CBCNV The "Engaging Content" rating ranges from 4 to 5 points.

+84% Employees rated the content as "useful," giving it a score of 4-5 points.

+ 6,700 Employees have listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast at least once, as it's among the top-rated programs on the Viettel Family portal.

+ 100% Each podcast episode features comments from staff members (either directly or via survey links). On average, there are 7 comments per episode.

+ 70% of survey participants were employees, and 30% were managers/leaders. The male-female ratio was fairly balanced, with diverse age groups, professions, and job positions.

- Through the commentary in each episode, the Viettel Vibes Podcast has helped Viettel employees learn more about solutions for balancing work and life and personal development. In particular, the program has contributed to inspiring employees with Viettel's culture, spirit, and work ethic when facing challenges in work and life. From there, the program has created a forum for sharing and connecting internally, strengthening the bond between individuals and the organization.

- According to the latest statistics (as of the end of August 2025), the total number of employees who have listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast at least once is over 8000, placing it in the Top 3 categories with the highest viewership on Viettel Family.

11. Practical applicability: The Viettel Vibes Podcast program is released weekly on Viettel Family and widely distributed to all Viettel units.
