In the fight against acts of taking advantage of religion, it is necessary to clearly distinguish between the political and ideological aspects, avoiding equating religion with politics. + Secondly, carry out mass mobilization in religious work. + Thirdly, further improve the policy on religion, especially the necessity of building a Law on Religion and other sanctions related to religious activities. + Fourthly, with Buddhism, continue to promote the widespread propaganda of Buddhism's tradition of patriotism, solidarity, and accompanying the nation. + Fifth, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha must be aware of the challenges of the times such as: "new religious phenomena", the problem of modernizing Buddhism, the problem of Buddhist families, the problem with the "Unified Vietnamese Buddhist Sangha", with Khmer Theravada Buddhism, etc. to proactively take positive measures and directions in the role of guiding Buddhist monks and nuns.
