Firstly, the importance of human resource treatment in 4-star hotels in Nha Trang in general and at Cicilia Hotel & Spa Nha Trang and Champa Island Hotel in particular in maintaining, encouraging and motivating employees to work to their fullest potential to achieve the highest efficiency in work as well as retaining employees and attracting talent through treatment policies.
Second, the current situation of human resource treatment in 4-star hotels in Nha Trang in general and at Cicilia Hotel & Spa Nha Trang and Champa Island Hotel in particular still has many problems.
Therefore, the thesis has systematized the basic theories on human resource treatment, analyzed and evaluated the current status of human resource treatment at Cicilia Hotel & Spa Nha Trang and Champa Island Hotel. The author has reviewed the statistics of 3 years from 2017 to 2019 as well as surveyed by questionnaire, interviewed managers as a basis for analysis and comments.
