The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:

In Chapter 1, the author introduces some concepts related to policy, policy communication, science and technology, students and electronic newspapers. In addition, an extremely important part is the theoretical system of science and technology policy communication in particular and science and technology in general.

In Chapter 2, the thesis analyzes the current status of science and technology policy communication for students in four online newspapers: Vnexpress, Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre Online and Sinh Vien Viet Nam. At the same time, the author uses sociological research methods (questionnaire survey with 200 students) and in-depth interviews with 8 experts, students and journalists knowledgeable in the field of science and technology. To assess the general status of science and technology policy communication for students in Vietnamese online newspapers today.

This serves as a basis for making scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.

In Chapter 3, the author presents challenges for science and technology policy communication in the current technology development trend and proposes solutions to improve science and technology policy communication for students in electronic newspapers.

Presenting the successes and limitations that still exist in survey newspapers, from which to propose improving the communication of science and technology policies for students in the press and updating new trends of modern journalism.

The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:

In the first chapter of this thesis, the author puts forward concepts of policy, policy communication, science and technology, college students and electronic newspaper. In addition, one of the most important parts is the system of theory for science and technology in general and the communication of science and technology policy in particular.

In the second chapter, this thesis analyzes the actual situation of the communication of science and technology policy to college students in the four major online newspapers: Vnexpress, Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre Online and Vietnamese Students. At the same time, the author used the sociological research method (questionnaire survey of 200 college students) and interviewed 8 people who are Science and Technology expertise, college students and journalists. In order to evaluate the current situation of the communication of science and technology policies for college students in Vietnamese online newspapers.

On this basis, the scientific suggestions will be put forward in chapter three.

In the third chapter, the author lists out the challenges in the communication of science and technology policies for college students in the development trend of modern technology, and puts forward the scheme to improve the communication of science and technology policies for college students in Vietnamese online newspapers.

This thesis points out the success and limitations of the four electronic newspapers, therefore, it proposes to improve communication of science and technology policies for college students and update the new trend of modern newspapers as well.

At the same time, this thesis also provides a reference material for the research and teaching of newspaper publicity in related topics.
