In chapter 1, the author clarified the related theoretical basis such as concepts, roles, some influencing factors, processes and the necessity of accessing and processing health insurance policy information.

In Chapter 2, after conducting a survey and analyzing documents through accessing health insurance policy information in 03 areas: health insurance collection, health insurance medical examination and treatment, management and use of health insurance funds on electronic newspapers, the author presents some research results and synthesis. On that basis, the author conducts a survey and evaluates the opinions of journalists on the current status of accessing and processing information on health insurance policies as well as the opinions of media managers of Vietnam Social Security on providing information to journalists.
