In Chapter 1, the author clarified the relevant theoretical basis, including the concept, role, some influencing factors, process, and the necessity of accessing and processing health insurance policy information.

In Chapter 2, after conducting a survey and analysis of texts through accessing information on health insurance policies in three areas—health insurance premium collection, health insurance-covered medical examinations and treatments, and the management and use of health insurance funds—as presented in online newspapers, the author presents some research results and a synthesis. Based on this, the author surveys and evaluates journalists' opinions on the current state of accessing and processing information on health insurance policies, as well as the opinions of media managers of the Vietnam Social Security on providing information to journalists. From this, the author assesses the strengths and weaknesses of journalists' current approach to accessing and processing information on health insurance policies.
