Thereby affirming: on the basis of thoroughly grasping the Party's guidelines, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has had appropriate policies and decisions applied to the construction and development of general education in the province, promptly meeting the great requirements in the process of training and developing general education nationwide.

- From the successes, limitations and shortcomings, draw experiences to apply to continue innovating and developing education in Quang Binh province in the next stage.
