The thesis has pointed out students' evaluations of lecturers' activities and pointed out factors affecting lecturers' evaluations of teaching activities of lecturers at the University of Labor and Social Affairs.

The study shows that students highly appreciate the teaching activities of lecturers, affirming the quality of the teaching staff of the University of Labor and Social Affairs, solid in professional knowledge, and good completion of tasks.

Research shows the requirements and demands that lecturers must have in the current educational environment, they must have new knowledge and skills to meet the learning and research needs of students. Lecturers must aim to develop problem-solving ability, have independent thinking, be able to adapt to social changes, know how to combine and use effective teaching methods to create a comfortable and exciting learning spirit for students.

At the same time, the thesis also points out that when approaching the teaching quality of lecturers from the perspective of student evaluation, it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as gender, year of study, major and student academic performance because these factors greatly affect the results of evaluating lecturers' teaching activities.

In addition, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to improve the quality of teaching activities of lecturers including: Solutions for the School; Solutions for lecturers and Solutions for students.

Application in providing measures to improve teaching activities of lecturers in particular and improving training quality at universities in general.

Students' assessment about lecturers' activities is indicated in the thesis, so as the elements that might impact teaching process at the University of Labor and Social Affairs.

The thesis shows students' high evaluation of the teaching activities, therefore confirms the qualities of the teaching staffs of the University Labor and Social Affairs as excellent knowledge on the field of study and always complete any given task.

The thesis also points out requirements that each lecturer must acquire in order to meet the demand of any student. This includes the ability to develop independent thinking and problem solving skills; as well as being able to adapt to the rapidly changing pace of the society combined with using effective teaching methods to create an exciting and comfortable learning spirit for students.
