Chapter 2 focuses on clarifying the assessment of the current situation, highlighting the achievements and limitations in the investment activities of US multinational corporations in the Vietnamese market. It also identifies several sectors with prominent US companies currently investing in Vietnam. Chapter 3: Some solutions to increase investment attraction and improve the efficiency of investment by US multinational corporations in Vietnam. Based on an assessment of the difficulties and advantages in attracting foreign investment, Chapter 3 outlines general directions for the relationship between the two countries, and proposes several solutions to attract investment and improve the efficiency of investment activities of US multinational corporations in Vietnam.
