Summary of thesis results: - The thesis has initially compiled a fairly complete list of concepts and theories currently existing in the world and in Vietnam regarding PR and event management. - From a practical survey of three newspapers, Thanh Nien, Tuoi Tre Ho Chi Minh City, and Tien Phong, through several events, the thesis has pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of current Vietnamese print newspapers in the process of organizing events. - The thesis also offers several recommendations on organizing events for the press and attempts to develop a general model for press event organization, with two requirements: *In terms of personnel: A separate PR department is needed, including the following components: - Planning department - Organizing department - Press, public, and sponsor relations department - Situation handling department - Finance department - Spokesperson *In terms of organization, press event organization needs the following steps: - Surveying public opinion and assessing the situation → Writing a report - Developing a specific plan and building the event program - Holding a press conference to announce the event - Organizing the event simultaneously with a communication campaign through news articles in newspapers and requesting support from other media outlets - Summarizing the event. 11. Practical Applicability: Finding and establishing a general model for organizing cultural and artistic events by the press can serve as a foundation from which each media agency can apply it as a framework when organizing events. Any other flexible changes during the organization process will not deviate once a stable framework is in place. 12. Further Research Directions: In the author's opinion, studying three newspapers with a few typical events cannot accurately and fully reflect the current state of event organization activities in print media in Vietnam. If conditions permit, this topic could delve deeper into the event organization activities of many other media agencies (as most print newspapers in Vietnam regularly organize their own events), thereby identifying the impact of event organization on journalistic principles, on public attitudes, and building a more specific model that can be applied to all media agencies when organizing events. Such practical studies, once summarized into theory, will be of immense importance to Vietnamese journalism during this period, contributing to the gradual modernization of the press. 13.
