Through the research process, the thesis has achieved the following results: - Presenting an overview of the current state of scientific and technological activities of the fire prevention and fighting force under the Ministry of Public Security, and conducting an investigation and survey of the current state of application of scientific research products to fire prevention and fighting work, thereby making observations and assessments of the effectiveness of applying these products in practice. - Analyzing the causes that impact and limit the application of scientific research products in practice, specifically: research orientation not linked to practice; low quality of scientific research products and some other reasons. - Based on the identification of the causes of the problem, the thesis has proposed appropriate and feasible solutions to overcome the weaknesses in the application of scientific research products of the fire prevention and fighting force in practice. 11.
