Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis named “Public Relations and ethics of the Public Relations makers” is a pretty new title in Vietnam these days. In fact, There is hardly any important research concentrating on this title deeply. The research on this thesis actually satisfies the demands about the theory and the practice of our country's society – life in general and to the media in particular. Based on the content of the research, the thesis reaches some important results such as: Concentrating on researching deeply and bringing the meaning of theoretical content on mass media and public relations.
