Summary of the results of the thesis: - General results: Building an overview of the current HIV/AIDS epidemic situation in Africa; Analyzing the process of forming cooperation, cooperation measures and effectiveness of cooperation between Africa and international partners in the fight against HIV/AIDS; Making some recommendations to share information and experience between Vietnam and Africa in this field. - New results: Firstly, the thesis hopes to partly meet the need to learn about HIV/AIDS in Africa. Secondly, the thesis points out the reasons why the HIV/AIDS epidemic is increasing at a high rate in Africa, and why this epidemic is difficult to prevent in Africa as well as the advantages and difficulties that this continent is facing in the fight against the current AIDS epidemic. Thirdly, systematically analyzing and evaluating the support of the international community in solving the AIDS epidemic in Africa. Vietnam and Africa can learn and share experiences with each other, especially when Vietnam has achieved more success than Africa in this regard. 11. Practical applicability: as a reference for research subjects that need to pay attention to the AIDS pandemic. 12. Further research directions: - Further research on the international cooperation mechanism in addressing the AIDS pandemic in Africa today to achieve the best results. - Further research and assessment on the speed of implementation of the Millennium Development Goals in Africa, including HIV/AIDS. 13.
