Summary of the results of the thesis: Technology transfer activities are extremely important for the development of enterprises in particular and the development of the whole society in general. Because it is the activity that directly brings new technology and equipment into the province, promotes production and business activities and brings about socio-economic efficiency for the locality as well as for the country. In fact, in recent years, in Vietnam in general and in Bac Ninh province in particular, technology transfer activities are still very new and limited. In the integration process, improving the quality and competitiveness of the economy through technology transfer activities plays a very important role. However, through the initial survey, it shows that most of the technology transferred to enterprises in Bac Ninh province is of foreign origin. Is it because domestic research institutions do not have enough capacity to research and produce new technologies to meet the needs of domestic enterprises or are we lacking certain policies?
