Summary of the results of the thesis: The author has focused on clarifying the theoretical bases related to the research issue on human resources in Science and Technology, the method of determination according to the approach of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development; on Corporate Culture and its relationship to the development of human resources in Science and Technology. From this approach, human resources in Science and Technology have been understood in a broad sense, taking into account potential and latent factors, not just the team or human capital participating in Science and Technology activities. To develop human resources in Science and Technology, we must pay attention to synchronously implementing three main functions: attracting, training and maintaining, but the most important is the maintenance function because it ensures sustainable development, closely related to creating motivation to work to improve labor productivity, enthusiasm of human resources in Science and Technology. Building and developing Corporate Culture has a strong impact on the development of human resources in Science and Technology because: Corporate culture is all the spiritual values ​​that the enterprise creates in the process of production and business, affecting the emotions, reason and behavior of members as well as the sustainable development of the enterprise. This is a very important theoretical basis for the author to apply to the case study of human resources in Science and Technology at Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation. The author analyzes the current status of human resource development in Science and Technology and Corporate Culture, analyzes the impacts of Corporate Culture and points out the influences on the human resource development process in all functions. Building a strong Corporate Culture will promote the synchronous development of human resources in Science and Technology towards a long-term vision in the future. The author also proposes a number of key solutions to enhance the role of Corporate Culture in the process of developing human resources in Science and Technology of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation. 11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The author focused on identifying theoritical basis related to research in: (i) Science and Technology human resources by using the OECD approach method; (ii) enterprise culture and its relationship to Science and Technology human resource development. Through the above mentioned knowledge, the author draws the following conclusions: according to the approach aspect of OECD, Science and Technology human resource is defined as anyone with college or university degree and above regardless of whether they apply their learned knowledge to their workplace or not. Therefore, the resource is broadly understood as potential factors, not only the human resource directly participating in science and technology activities. In order to develop the resources, we should pay attention to 3 main functions: attraction, education and maintenance. However, the maintence is the most important because it is closely related to the creation of motivation for working productivity enhancement and the eagerness. The building and development of enterprise culture has a great impact on the resource development because: Enterprise culture is all spritual value created in the production and business process by the enterprise, involving sensation, awareness and behavior of not only members but also the sustainable development of the enterprise. This is the crucial theoretical basis for the author to apply in researching the case of human resources of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM). The author analyzes the development situation of science and technology human resources and the enterprise culture as well as its impacts in order to point out its effects on the process of human resource development in all functions. To build a strong enterprise culture foundation will boost the synchronized development of science and technology human resources towards long-term vision in the future. Meantime, the author provides solutions to improve the role of enterprise culture in the process of developing science and technology human resources of VATM. 12.
