Summary of the thesis results: Phuong Son Tu Chi Luoc is a work that collects notes on many aspects of biography, conduct, poetry and literature, as well as assessments of generations about Chu Van An - who is considered a great Confucian scholar, an exemplary teacher of all generations. Currently, we have found 6 versions stored in the Library of the Institute of Han Nom Studies. Of which, the group of printed documents includes 3 copies with the symbols A.195, VHv.1287/1, VHv.1287/2 and the group of handwritten documents includes 3 copies: VHv.1292, VHv.1293, VHv.1740. Through textual operations such as description, comparison and contrast of each version, and general synthesis, we have selected a relatively complete version in terms of content, clear about the author, the date of the work as well as the date of copying and highly typical, which is the Phuong Son Tu Chi Luoc version, coded A.195 (= VHv.1287/2). Based on finding the most outstanding text, we translated the entire 102 pages of the work, from which we came to understand the content and artistic values that the work brings. 11. Practical applicability: Considering Phuong Son Tu Chi Luoc in relation to contemporary records, this is a work with relatively complete and rich content. Through the study of the text, we hope to bring readers a reliable text, at the same time providing applicable information when researching the person and career of Chu Van An. 12. Further research directions: - Continue to exploit the text of the work from the perspective of cultural studies, in order to thoroughly solve the problems of the process of copy transmission, the relationship between the Phuong Son Tu Chi Luoc texts and some related documents. - Research the work according to the cultural studies method, in order to gain a deeper understanding of Chu Van An, especially in the field of Confucian thought. 13.
