10. Summary of thesis results:
Building a socialist rule of law state is a breakthrough in the thinking and practice of our Party. To build a state that meets the requirements of the new situation, it is necessary to absorb the quintessence of human knowledge, including the rule of law ideology of Han Fei Zi. With the ideology of promoting the law, using the law as the most important tool to govern society, it has brought about effectiveness in the period of national turmoil, helping Qin Shi Huang unify China after many years of war and division. Therefore, studying the ideology of Han Fei Zi contributes to building more theories on the rule of law state. On the basis of researching and analyzing the referenced documents, the thesis has systematically presented the content of Han Fei Zi's rule of law ideology, analyzed his thoughts on human beings, analyzed the ideology of law - magic - world and their relationship, thereby drawing out the values as well as the limitations of Han Fei Zi's rule of law ideology. Along with that is the analysis of the context and characteristics of the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam in the current period and the meaning of Han Fei Zi's legal ideology in building the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today.
11. Practical application:
In terms of theory, on the basis of systematically presenting the legal thoughts of Han Fei Zi, we can draw out the meanings and valuable lessons in building a Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam today. The results achieved in the thesis are a supplement to the research process on the history of thought of the Legalist school in ancient China, especially the Legal thoughts of Han Fei Zi. The thesis can also be used as a reference material when serving the teaching and research of philosophy within the scope related to the topic.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Constructing a jurisdictional socialist state is a breakthrough in our Party's thinking and in the. In order to create a state that meets the new requirements, it is essential to learn from the best knowledge of the human being, which also includes the rule of law of Han Feizi. The rule of law places an emphasis on law; law is considered the most important instrument to govern the society. It was very effective during the chaotic period of the country, helping Qin Shi Huang to unite China after many years of separation. Therefore, the study of Han Feizi's ideology can contribute to building the literature of the rule of law. On the basis of researching and analyzing reference materials, this thesis presents systematically the content of the rule of law of Han Feizi, analyzing his ideology on the three concepts: the position of authority; Certain administrative techniques, and laws, and their relationship, based on which to evaluate the values as well as limitations in the rule of law of Han Feizi. Also, the contexts and features of the jurisdictional socialist state in Vietnam are nowadays also analyzed and the ideology of Han Feizi's rule of law is applied to build the jurisdictional socialist state of Vietnam.
12. Practical applicability:
In terms of theory, on the basis of the systematic presentation of the ideology of Han Feizi's rule of law, it is possible to withdraw valuable lessons to construct the jurisdictional socialist state of Vietnam in the present. The results of the thesis supplement the process of research into the ideological history of the Legalism in primitive China, especially the rule of law of Han Feizi. This thesis can also be used as a reference material for the teaching and research of philosophy which is related to the topic of the study.
