-One isThe thesis "International migration of Hmong people in Northwest Vietnam from 1991 to present" has studied and clarified the international migration process of Hmong people in history; the process of Hmong people coming to Northwest Vietnam; studied the causes, assessed the current situation of international migration of Hmong people in Northwest Vietnam from 1991 to present.
-Two isThe thesis has assessed the impacts of international migration of the Hmong people, including assessing the impacts on the relationship between the places of immigration and emigration and the impact on the relationship between Vietnam and related countries, especially the impact on the need for cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in solving the migration problem.
-Three isThe thesis has proposed a number of recommendations to strengthen cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in solving international migration issues in general and international migration of the Hmong people in the Northwest in particular.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Firstly, the thesis "The issue of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest of Vietnam from 1991 to present" that explores, clarifies the process of Hmong people's international migration in history; process of Hmong people who enter to Vietnam and the Northwest"; explore the causes, estimate the situation of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest from 1991 to present.
-Secondly, the thesis estimates the impact of international migration of Hmong people, including relationship between immigration and migration areas, impact of relationship between Vietnam and related countries, especially it impacts to requirement of cooperation between Vietnam and other countries on migration issues.
-Third, the thesis has proposed some of recommendations aimed at enhancing the cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in resolving international migration, and issue of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest in particular.
