10. Summary of the thesis results:
ButFirst,The thesis "The International Migration of the Hmong People in Northwest Vietnam from 1991 to the Present" has explored and clarified the process of international migration of the Hmong people throughout history; the process of the Hmong people's arrival in Northwest Vietnam; and investigated the causes and assessed the current state of international migration of the Hmong people in Northwest Vietnam from 1991 to the present.
ButSecondThe thesis assessed the impacts of international migration of the Hmong people, including the impact on the relationship between the places of entry and exit, and the impact on Vietnam's relations with the countries involved, especially the impact on the need for cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in addressing the migration issue.
ButThird isThe thesis proposed several recommendations to enhance cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in addressing international migration issues in general, and the international migration of the Hmong people in Northwest Vietnam in particular.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis can be used as a reference for students and trainees in social sciences and humanities disciplines such as international relations, ethnology, anthropology, sociology, etc.; it can also be used to promote the effective implementation of policies on ethnic minorities and mountainous regions; and it can contribute to advising on foreign policy regarding the international migration of ethnic minorities in Vietnam.

- Vietnam's relations with other countries regarding the resolution of international migration and cross-border marriage issues.

man, the thesis "The issue of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest of Vietnam from 1991 to present" that explores, clarifies the process of Hmong people's international migration in history; process of Hmong people who enter to Vietnam and the Northwest"; explore the causes, estimate the situation of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest from 1991 to present.
ButNortheast, the thesis estimates the impact of international migration of Hmong people, including relationship between immigration and migration areas, impact of relationship between Vietnam and related countries, especially it impacts to requirement of cooperation between Vietnam and other countries on migration issues.
ButFourth, the thesis has proposed some of recommendations aimed at enhancing the cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in resolving international migration, and issue of international migration of Hmong people in the Northwest in particular.
