- Based on the analysis of scientists' viewpoints, the thesis systematizes and explains human resources and human resource training, the role of human resource training in organizations.
- The thesis is based on the human resource training process of William B. Werther Jr and Keith Davis to survey the current status of human resource training at the Northern Water Resources Planning and Investigation Federation in the period of 2010 - 2014, and at the same time point out the advantages and limitations of human resource training at the Federation along with its causes.
- Basically, the human resource training work at the Northern Water Resources Planning and Investigation Federation in the period of 2010 - 2014 has created a human resource that meets the production and business requirements of the Federation. However, each specific step of the training process has not been analyzed and determined specifically and in detail, so this work at the Federation has not achieved the desired results.
- The thesis proposes solutions to overcome limitations in some weak steps in the implementation of the training process to improve the quality of human resource training at the Northern Water Resources Planning and Investigation Federation in the coming time.
