Through a survey of four media outlets during the period 2023–2025, combined with content analysis, descriptive statistics, and in-depth interviews, this thesis studies how Vietnamese online newspapers reflect the issue of quality assurance in higher education.

Chapter 1: This thesis clarifies some theoretical foundations related to journalism, online journalism, and quality assurance in higher education.This demonstrates that quality assurance is an important activity and tool for higher education, and online newspapers are a suitable and advantageous communication channel for disseminating this information..

Chapter 2: This thesis conducts surveys and in-depth interviews to clarify the current state of media coverage on the issue of quality assurance in higher education across four media outlets, thereby providing an experimental basis for developing solutions in Chapter 3.

Chapter 3:Based on in-depth interviews with experts, this thesis proposes several solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of communication on this issue in the future. This also provides an important practical basis for perfecting the role of online newspapers in policy communication and social monitoring of higher education..

Compare Vietnamese and international journalism; compare different types of journalism and different audience groups to further clarify the factors influencing the selection and acceptance of factual information.Analyzing information dissemination networks provides a more comprehensive assessment of the relationship between journalistic content, reach, and social impact.

From there, it shows that quality accreditation is an important activity and tool for higher education, and electronic newspapers are a suitable and advantageous communication channel for propagating and disseminating this information.

Chapter 2: The thesis conducts surveys and in-depth interviews to clarify the current state of media communication regarding the issue of quality accreditation in higher education from 4 press agencies, thereby providing an experimental basis for developing solutions in Chapter 3.

Chapter 3: Based on in-depth interviews with experts, the thesis proposed several solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of communication on this issue in the near future.
