Firstly, the project aims to systematize the theoretical basis and build an analytical framework for podcast management across four dimensions (Strategy, Production Process, Quality, Distribution, and Evaluation). The initial phase of the project outlines...images and suggestionsThis approach views podcasts as a strategic content category within the online newspaper ecosystem, rather than simply a standalone audio product. Based on this analytical framework, the study combined content analysis and in-depth interviews to identify several practical challenges at the online version of Lao Dong Newspaper (audio strategy not being truly independent, personnel mostly performing multiple roles, lack of specialized packaging standards, and limitations in data exploitation)..
Secondly, we propose a closed-loop podcast content management model, along with several synchronized solutions and a 6-month implementation roadmap. The model focuses on using data as the basis for management; emphasizing standardization and professionalization rather than just mechanical expansion, while remaining true to the editorial team's commitment to serving its employees.
Thirdly, the project objectively assesses the favorable conditions as well as the obstacles if the model is applied to practical operation. Based on this, the project makes several recommendations to the online version of Lao Dong Newspaper and related agencies to help overcome difficulties and enhance the feasibility of implementing the project in practice.
11. Practical applications:
The proposed solutions, models, and roadmaps can be referenced and applied by the online version of Lao Dong Newspaper to gradually standardize operational processes, contributing to resolving current obstacles in the production and management of Podcast sections.
The project also hopes to provide a useful reference document for other online news agencies in the process of understanding, developing, and positioning audio content products on their digital transformation journey.
12. Future research directions:
This study explores and evaluates the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in podcast production, along with identifying ethical issues in journalism to mitigate the risk of fake news.
Further research into the economic mechanisms of digital journalism and suitable business models is needed to find solutions for creating sustainable revenue streams for podcast products.

The project has completed its core research tasks and achieved several notable results with practical applicability, including:
Firstly, the project systematized the theoretical basis and built an analytical framework for podcast management based on 4 aspects (Strategy, Production Process, Quality, Distribution and Evaluation). The project initially shaped and proposed an approach to podcasts as a strategic content section within the e-newspaper ecosystem, rather than merely as an individual audio product. Based on this analytical framework, the research combined content analysis and in-depth interviews to identify several practical challenges at Lao Dong E-newspaper (the lack of an independent audio strategy, staff who mainly perform podcast-related duties alongside their other responsibilities, a lack of specialized content packaging standards, and limitations in data utilization).
Secondly, the project proposed a closed-loop podcast content management model, together with a coordinated set of solutions and a six-month implementation roadmap for reference. The focus of the model is oriented towards using data as the basis for management; emphasizing standardization and professionalization instead of merely mechanical scale expansion, while maintaining the newsroom's identity and mission of serving workers..
Thirdly, the project objectively assessed the favorable conditions and barriers to applying the model in practice. Based on this assessment, the project provides several recommendations for Lao Dong E-newspaper and related agencies to help resolve difficulties and enhance the considerations of implementing the project in practice.

The project also hopes to provide a useful reference document for other e-newspapers in the process of exploring, developing, and positioning audio content products as part of their digital transformation.

Explore and deeply evaluate the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in podcast production, along with identifying journalism ethics issues to limit the risk of fake news.
Further research could also investigate the economics of digital journalism and suitable business models to identify solutions for generating sustainable revenue for podcast products.
