In researching this topic, we do not aspire to offer new interpretations different from the opinions of previous researchers and critics, but only apply existing achievements to evaluate the subject specifically in a research direction that has many prospects today - literary research from a cultural perspective. From this, we aim to gain a more comprehensive and complete view of the lục bát poetry of Nguyen Duy, Dong Duc Bon, Pham Cong Tru, and contemporary lục bát poetry; This helps us understand that rural culture is the root and a key feature of Vietnamese cultural identity. Protecting rural culture is also protecting national cultural identity in the current era of globalization. The poetry of Nguyen Duy, Dong Duc Bon, and Pham Cong Tru has brought our souls back to the cultural values that have cast their shadow over the nation's spirit for thousands of years. The emotions in their poems originate from the simplest things in daily life and are expressed through a unique way of thinking, feeling, and a distinctive language, imagery, and structure. Their poems have painted a picture of the Vietnamese countryside with the most typical characteristics of a traditional Vietnamese village. It's a village with ancient banyan trees, communal houses, riverbanks, betel trellises, rows of areca trees, kites, rivers, fragrant rice paddies, and the haunting sound of temple bells reflecting the passage of time… At the same time, it also sketches the portrait of a village being battered and torn apart in the new era. Along with the natural scenery, through the works of these modern-day rural poets, we also encounter the profound beauty of the Vietnamese soul through the images of grandmothers, mothers, sisters, brothers, grandfathers, fathers… they are the embodiment of the finest aspects of Vietnamese rural life. With their fragrant souls, they are the repositories and beacons of the beauty and essence of Vietnamese culture. Nguyen Duy, Dong Duc Bon, and Pham Cong Tru are poets who have made unique discoveries in artistic expression. Entering their poetic world, we see that all three poets adhere to the "immutable" rules of traditional six-eight verse but also incorporate many innovations and creative changes to keep pace with the evolving landscape of contemporary poetry. Simultaneously, the construction of a system of symbols and images characteristic of Vietnamese rural life, and especially the expression of a unique tone and rhythm – both folk and modern – shows us the innate talents, born and nurtured by the deeply humanistic values of rural culture. Returning to the roots of rural culture with respect and admiration is also how these individuals want to preserve and nurture the traditional cultural values of the nation in the face of new threats. A truly commendable direction! 11. Practical applications: - The thesis can be used as a reference document for studying and researching issues with the same subject and scope. 12.
