Summary of the results of the thesis: Based on the theoretical basis and the current status of building a database system to serve the management of scientific and technological organizations in our country today, to meet the increasingly high requirements of tasks in the period of promoting industrialization - modernization and international integration, it is necessary to have a system of synchronous solutions, in which the thesis focuses on 3 main groups of solutions: Building and perfecting the promulgation of mechanisms to maintain, manage and develop the database on scientific and technological activities in ministries, branches and localities; Standardizing input and output information criteria in the database, Innovating technology to serve the construction of unified scientific and technological management software nationwide.
