The Party cell attaches importance to building a Party organization that is clean in ethics and lifestyle, strong in politics, ideology and organization in the spirit of focused leadership, motivating Party members in each working position to promote their role in the work. The Party cell also always promotes the spirit of democracy in activities and in evaluating the quality of Party members. Promoting the proactiveness and creativity of mass organizations among staff and students, the Party cell has helped improve the quality of activities of each organization, mobilizing collective strength to build a strong Faculty.
Training to improve professional capacity for staff
The Party cell of the Faculty continues to review the need for staff development and the situation of use, assign tasks to staff, ensuring that they are reasonable and suitable for development requirements; develop plans and roadmaps to achieve standard titles and degrees for staff on schedule; pay attention to creating conditions for young staff to study and improve their qualifications in all aspects (professionalism, foreign languages, information technology, using modern teaching aids). Currently, the Faculty has: 21/31 people who are Professors, Associate Professors, and Doctors (01 Professor; 10 Associate Professors, 11 Doctors, the remaining 9 PhD students are studying in different years, reaching a rate of 71% of lecturers with PhD, Associate Professor and Professor degrees.

Special attention to career orientation for students
The Party cell directs the Faculty to focus on recruiting students for all systems, especially in the context of basic research training programs facing many difficulties in recruiting students. Developing in conditions with many fluctuations in the structure of professions, choosing career orientation... the attractiveness of basic sciences in general and Philosophy in particular is decreasing. Therefore, the Party cell pays special attention to career orientation for students after graduation through improving the training program to approach closer to social needs, organizing many field trips for students in localities, inviting experts and businesses to give career orientation talks for students... For the postgraduate training system, in addition to the source of external recruitment, the unit also pays special attention to the source of recruitment from the Faculty's students, providing encouragement and orientation for students so that they can continue to study at the postgraduate level immediately after graduation.

Promote scientific research and enhance international cooperation
Over the past 2 years, the Faculty has organized 2 domestic scientific conferences and 2 international conferences (in conjunction with the Center for Contemporary Religious Studies of the School). These activities have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign scholars, lecturers, post-graduate students and students in the Faculty. The Faculty has established international cooperation relations with a number of universities: Chongqing University, Nanning Normal University, Nankai University of China and Sogang University of Korea in the form of sending lecturers to participate in international conferences in other countries and teaching Philosophy to postgraduate students of Nanning Normal University. At the same time, the Faculty has invited a number of domestic and foreign scientists (Australia, Austria, Taiwan, Korea) to give presentations and exchange academic knowledge with the Faculty's staff and students. A number of departments, Trade Unions and staff branches have organized scientific activities; create conditions for staff, including young staff, to register and carry out scientific research topics, participate in writing lectures, and conduct field research in the locality. Staff in the Faculty always try to spend time on scientific works and research topics with 10 topics at all levels that have been and are being carried out and accepted, including 05 topics at the National University level and 01 topic at the State level.
