The Party cell currently has 13 party members (including 10 cadres, 02 students, 01 graduate student) out of a total of 17 cadres from two units: the Faculty of Information - Library (12 people) and the Center for Training and Application of Information Technology (5 people).

Training program innovation
Identifying the training of high-quality human resources suitable to social needs as the key step, the Party Cell has directed the unit to actively transform and develop training programs. Accordingly, the Faculty has updated 02 bachelor's programs, Information - Library and Information Management, built and enrolled in the High-quality Information Management program according to Circular 23, updated 02 master's programs and 01 doctoral program. In addition, the system of lectures and textbooks has also been compiled to meet the development of training programs. In the 2018-2019 school year, the unit's enrollment increased by 200%. This once again affirms the Party Cell and the Board of Directors' perseverance in pursuing the goal of drastically innovating and building a new direction for human resource training in the context of digital transformation.

Application of technology in teaching
Two units in the Party Cell are pioneers in innovating teaching methods based on technology. Lecturers in the unit have implemented blended learning for many years, and are actively teaching online (e-learning) in the new context. The two units have coordinated with the school's functional departments to deploy a professional online training system for the school, training lecturers to use software and teach online.
The implementation of the most modern practical library model at Hanoi National University is a highlight in training work, linking theory with practice.

The Faculty has been promoting cooperation activities between the school and businesses, international organizations and universities, and domestic professional units. With the strength of applied and interdisciplinary sciences, high practical needs, the unit cooperates with businesses in developing updated and modern training content, inviting experienced experts to participate in teaching and guiding students and trainees. Practical internships and graduation internships at agencies and businesses are also the focus of innovation to improve the quality of training and create job opportunities for learners. In addition, the Party Cell also believes that this cooperation process will bring many opportunities to develop the school's resources, both in terms of finance, facilities, and human resources when receiving contributions and sponsorship from partner businesses.
The Faculty has also collaborated with international companies and organizations such as UNESCO, OADP, Facebok, Google to implement research projects and courses for lecturers and students. Notable projects include open educational resources, open data access, We think digital, Vietnam 4.0 Launchpad, etc. These activities have brought motivation and development resources to the unit.

Party member quality and unity
To achieve the above successes, the Party building work is always given top priority. In which, the Party Cell focuses on the work of developing the Party, fostering the quality of Party members, taking people as the central factor. Enhancing the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members and cadres, building a strong Party Cell, promoting the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Cell. The Party Committee has directed and connected organizations such as the Trade Union, Youth Union, and Student Association into a unified block, creating solidarity strength in the entire unit. The Party Cell has continuously achieved the title of Strong and Clean Party Cell. The Youth Union and Association organizations always have new initiatives, and their activities are highly appreciated inside and outside the School. The Third Class Labor Medal is a worthy reward for the efforts of all Party members, cadres and students in the entire unit.
