Representative of the Training Department, MSc. Pham Van Hue (Deputy Head of Training Department) shared information about the orientation and key tasks of training in 2025, which are summarized through 5 Cs (Standard, Quality, Specialization, Carefulness and Generality): Training work is strongly and systematically innovated in accordance with the regulations and rules of the Ministry of Education and Training (especially postgraduate training); improving quality (one of the levers is to promote digital transformation in a substantial way in all stages of the training process), towards international standards; professional, dedicated; careful in implementation; all join hands, unite, and work together to resolutely implement the set goals and principles: the more rigorous, serious, and high-quality the enrollment and training work is, the more high-quality learners will be attracted to study at the School.

Regarding the field of science, Dr. Trinh Van Dinh (Head of the Department of Scientific Research Management) informed: By December 2024, the School has approved a list of 83 works in the Library series, and expects to complete all the publishing by October. Therefore, units need to complete the manuscripts and send them to the Department of Scientific Research Management in March and April; the textbook compilation work has deployed the registration of 52 books. The textbook compilation work also needs to speed up the progress and complete the procedures for signing the compilation contract in accordance with regulations.
In 2025, the School will review and issue new documents in accordance with the new situation to provide maximum support for lecturers and staff in international publications, improve their expertise, and at the same time perfect the title standards. The two new training programs are completing the final stages for approval by VNU, and are expected to enroll students this year. Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Thanh Nam also noted that when developing industry planning orientations, units need to carefully study Circular 09 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the Statistical List of Higher Education Training Majors because from 2023, there will no longer be pilot coded training programs, so when educational institutions propose new training programs, they must be on the list approved and assigned codes by the Ministry.

Vice Principal Dang Thi Thu Huong noted: “The successful opening of a new training program depends not only on the conditions of lecturers and facilities, but also greatly on the annual graduation rate and the employment rate of students after graduation. One of the key solutions is to improve the quality of teaching, as well as student care so that they can graduate early, on time and quickly find suitable jobs after graduation. Before the New Year 2025, the School organized a meeting with alumni. As employers, alumni exchanged and contributed many valuable ideas and committed to accompanying the School in training, supporting practical internship addresses and jobs for students. Therefore, the School hopes that units will actively build and expand the network of alumni and employers, sharing throughout the school to successfully organize the annual Job Fair in March, while bringing practical values to learners”.
