Currently, the Party Branch has 38 members, including: 20 full members, 18 probationary members; 15 staff members; 23 student members; 15 members with postgraduate qualifications (2 Associate Professors, 9 PhDs, 4 Masters); 1 member with a university degree; and 22 members who are high school students.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung - Secretary of the Party Branch - presented the Report evaluating the leadership work of the Party Branch in implementing the Resolution of the Party Branch Congress for the 2022-2025 term and the Self-Assessment Report of the Party Committee.
According to the Report on the Leadership Assessment of the Party Branch for the 2022-2025 term, the Party Branch of the Faculty of Management Science continues to develop in scale and quality with the mission of "Striving to become a reputable center in research and training of high-quality human resources in science and management practice".
During this term, the Party Committee directed that priority be given to attracting high-quality human resources, reviewing and supplementing the personnel planning for Party committees and leadership and management positions under the management of the School Party Committee Standing Committee for the terms 2025-2030 and 2031-2036.
The Party branch directs the administration to develop a strategy for adjusting the organizational structure and developing the workforce from now until 2025 and with a vision to 2030; proactively diversify training programs, innovate the training program framework in accordance with the directives of the University and VNU, and identify the work of compiling textbooks and lectures as a crucial task.
The Party cell promotes scientific research activities, especially international publications and book publishing, continues to maintain and develop the role of strong research groups at Hanoi National University, and leads state-level science and technology tasks in the Social Sciences and Humanities program to serve national development…
The Congress determined the direction, objectives, tasks, and solutions of the Party branch for the 2025-2027 term. Accordingly, the Party branch determined the direction of promoting the comprehensive leadership role of the Party branch, successfully implementing all targets and tasks to improve the quality of training and scientific research to meet social needs; expanding cooperation to develop and enhance the unit's position. The Congress report emphasized that personnel work is the central focus, the core of all activities of the Party branch, government, and mass organizations. Building a strong Party branch in terms of organization, ensuring the ability to lead the unit and mass organizations to successfully complete assigned political tasks, with key tasks. Democracy, unity, exemplary self-criticism, promoting the role of each Party member, and innovating the leadership methods of the Party branch are always factors ensuring the building of a clean and strong Party branch.
The Party cell focuses on directing the implementation of the strategy for developing a team of scientific staff and successor experts; emphasizing the building of a team of lecturers who meet the standards for the titles of Professor/Associate Professor; improving the quality of training in the context of university autonomy; and developing new scientific research directions linked to training objectives. In addition, the Faculty continues to promote its strong research areas to gradually build strong research groups; assess the needs of society for training through conducting scientific research projects surveying the employment situation of undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation; and develop an alumni network.
The Congress also adopted the action slogan for the upcoming term: "Unity - Discipline - Responsibility - Proactiveness - Quality" to achieve the aforementioned goals and tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Chi presented the Report summarizing opinions on the draft documents submitted to the Congress and the documents of the Party Committee Congress of the University for the 2025-2030 term.

Delegates attending the Congress discussed and contributed many opinions to the political reports; cast secret ballots and unanimously elected the Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term; elected 9 delegates to the University Party Committee Congress and adopted the Congress Resolution. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Faculty of Management Science for the 2025-2027 term includes: Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Comrade Ta Thi Bich Ngoc, and Comrade Nguyen Thi Thao; with Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee.

In the context of numerous challenges regarding university autonomy; the labor market and training market are becoming increasingly competitive and rigorously selective in terms of quality, some tasks of the Faculty require rapid adaptation. The Faculty also needs specific solutions to implement the strategy of internationalizing its training and scientific research activities.
Comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - delivered a speech at the Congress.
The Party Committee of the Faculty of Management Science for the 2025-2030 term is expected to be a united and capable group to lead the Party branch and the unit. After the Congress, the Party branch will develop a comprehensive action plan for the entire term to serve as a basis for activities, aiming to successfully implement the policies, tasks, and objectives set forth by the Congress.
The congress unanimously adopted the Resolution and elected the Party Committee of the Faculty of Management Science.
